Education law experts will explore the effect of the No Child Left behind Act upon public education law, policy and practice, focusing on emergent legal and policy issues, including:

  • Waiver

  • Federalism and State and local control over education

  • Revocation and re-authorization

  • School performance and achievement gaps

  • Alternatives and possible reforms

  • Policy implications of the Act
