Education law experts will explore the effect of the No Child Left behind Act upon public education law, policy and practice, focusing on emergent legal and policy issues, including:
Craig Livermore, Founder/Executive Director, The New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project (NJ LEEP)
Paul Tractenberg, Rutgers School of Law-Newark, founder of the Education Law Center.
A dinner reception hosted by the Rutgers Law Record will follow
